A régi rossz lakóklímájú tetőterekből újra élhetőt (x)
A régebben – 20-30 évvel ezelőtt – készült beépített tetőterek kapcsán sokszor rögtön azok a problémák jutnak eszünkbe, hogy „nyáron elviselhetetlenül meleg van”, télen pedig „hiába fűtünk, hideg van” ill. ezeken túl tapintásra hideg belső falfelületeket, nedvesedést, rosszabb esetben pedig penészedést is észlelhetünk. Ennek hátterében igen komoly hőszigetelés-technikai és páratechnikai hibák sokasága áll.

A 2010/31/EU irányelvvel foglalkozó cikksorozatunk második részében az irányelv konkrét előírásaival ismerkedünk meg.

Az Európai Parlament és a Tanács 2010. május 19.-én hirdette ki a 2010/31/EU irányelvet az épületek energiahatékonyságáról, melyet a tagállamoknak legkésőbb 2012. július 9-ig kell átültetniük saját jogrendjükbe. Az irányelvvel, annak magyarországi alkalmazásával és a szükséges tennivalókkal foglalkozó cikksorozatunk első részében az irányelv általános elveit tekintjük át.
